Who Is Bound by This?

You can close the account whenever you like and take a cleared balance with you. We may close or restrict one where these terms are broken or where we are obliged to. Material changes to these terms are notified to the account.

Raise it through the channels on our contact page, with the date, the amount and the round or transaction reference. Hold on to the reference your payment provider issued; it settles most money questions by itself.
